I think it means INTENAL SECURITY OFFICER who main job duties include preventing theft/stealing of goods by Park'N staff, deciding whether the persons really comitted the crime or not, arresting the committed theft person to police, advising ways to prevent the crime cases from happening. It is quite hard as you might need to go to all Park'N shops in mainland China and Hong Kong.
