[ 6051 ] TOEFL 英語課程
TOEFL 為美國傳統之英語能力測試，2006年起考試內容
全面更新。考試形式也全面採用電腦網上應考。
測試內容分為四部份，分別為：(1) Reading；
(2) Listening；(3) Speaking 及(4) Writing，整個考試
一天內完成，約需四小時。
本課程特為預備應考美國 TOEFL英語測驗人士而設，亦
適合有意參加該項測驗的人士瞭解測驗的內容及形式。課程
針對考試而設計。著重替學員作試前準備，進行模擬測驗，
近期試題講解，答題技巧輔導及答案講解等。
入學資格：具備中五或以上程度之人士
課 程：全期12課，每課1小時30分

Preparation Course for TOEFL Examination

The computer-based TOEFL test has four sections - listening, structure, reading and writing. This course targets at those people who want to testify their English proficiency so as to further their studies or seek a better job.


Course Content
(1) Introduction of the TOEFL test contents
(2) Writing skill - ability to generate and organise ideas in standard written English in response to assigned topic
(3) Structure - ability to recognise appropriate standard written English
(4) Listening - ability to understand English spoken in North America
(5) Reading - ability to read and understand short passages
(6) Test - taking suggestions

All students will be provided with a course guide and an assignment booklet.
