買戒指比女友戴, 只係當禮物 but it will mean more than anything. Well, the right finger to put on should be the left thumb. Maybe watch or bracelet or necklet will be more suitable. If she expected the ring is for something and you said it is just a gift and mean nothing, it certainly hurt. Think carefully.
