The reciprocal is a number that gets another to multiply to one. For 7/2, you just flip it around and get 2/7.

turn the fraction upside down to get 2/7

2/7=0.28571428571428571428571428571429
to 2decimal places that would be 0.29 as you look at the third number after the decimal point and if is 5 or more round up if less than 5 stays the same

"RECIPROCAL of a number is a number with which when multiplied gives product as 1"

consider 7
its reciprocal is 1/7
REASON: 7*(1/7)=1
so, reciprocal of 7/2 is 2/7

just divide 2 by 7,
ans is 0.28
ps; just xchang the Nr & the Dr to find reciprocal

the reciprocal is the number (7/2) flipped upside down. So 7/2 would become 2/7, since 2/7 x 7/2 = 1 (one). the reciprocal simply means the number you would need to multiply to another number, in order to get the result of 1. This applies to any fraction.

1 / (7/2) = 2 / 7

reciprocal of a number can be found by flipping the fraction so in this case it would be 2/7. when you multiply 7/2 x 2/7 you will get one, which is what the reciprocal will give you.

The reciprocal of a number is 1 divided by that number

For example:
The reciprocal of 2 = 1/2

The reciprocal of 4 = 1/4

The reciprocal of 1/2 = 1/ 1/2 (one divided by one half)
which is equal to 2 (i.e. there are 2 halves in one whole)
Notice that what has happened here is that you have simply inverted the fraction.

Therefore in your example

The reciprocal of 7/2 is 1/ 7/2

Which will be 2/7

Reciprocal of 7/2:
2/7 (<= upside-down)

2/7
= 2 ÷ 7
= 0.2857142857142857......
≈ 0.29
