負數的IRR 在 excel 出現是什麼意思

As discounting factor equals (1+IRR), you might mistype one (or some) of the future values to be so small that IRR needed to be negative to equate the NPV equals zero. I quess it is one of the probable reasons.

而且公司的運作每一年也是loss 的.... 所以出現IRR是負數是正常的
如果出現負數or (NPV也是負數)~~反映了這個PROJECT 不值得投資
