由於今年我們爭取享有揀頭位之權利.
揀位日將於黎緊5月6日上午10:00 開始. 你會唔會係HK?! 或安排其他同事當日去會場揀位 ?!
或是, 可以於FOOLPLAN上 揀位. PLS FIND ENCLOSED THE FLOOR PLAN and we should send back the booth confirmation letter back to xxxx(機構名) on 5 MAY 2008. 此外, Floorplan 上大會預先選左corner位俾我地 ( 粗線位置) , 但要俾 special location surcharge $2359.53(CORNER), 但其實唔駛理佢, 因為我地唔揀 3 個連位直線BOOTH 係唔駛俾額外俾$. 但我地要選 L 字型位置. ]
其實, 我SUGGEST最好去會場睇位最好.

DEAR XXX, We received a notice from xxxx that we have priority in the booth selection for the summer show in July this year. Enclosed in the notice was a floor plan of the venue.
The selection will start at 10: 00 a .m. on May 6. Will you be available in Hong Kong ? Or will you appoint other colleagues to select the booth on your behalf ?
There is another option that you can select the booth by the floor plan. Enclosed please find the floor plan and we have to send back the booth confirmation letter to xxxx latest by May 5, 2008.
Moreover, you will notice on the floor plan that the organizer has already reserved a corner location for us (the booths highlighted by bold lines). However they will charge special location surcharge of $ 2,359.53 (for corner location). I think we do not need to consider this since we are not taking any 3 consecutive booths, and hence we do not need to pay any surcharge. Nevertheless since we have to select an L shape location, I really suggest that we should actually go to select the booth in the venue.
