Yes you can apply for government job. I have friends who are now working as police inspector and other government positions got their degree overseas. I people with overseas degree working at RTHK.

So should be no problem.

Poly U 校外進修學院(SPEED)同OVERSEA 大學合辦的TOP-UP DEGREE, 讀完後可否考政府長工呢?

NO, because it is a oversea degree. If you apply HK Government job, Hong Kong Government is not accept it.

But you can study SPEED award topup degree because they are award by HK PolyU directly.
