胃：賁門（cardia）、胃底（fundus）及胃體（body）部份的黏膜外觀正常，胃體部份有多處線狀糜爛（linear erosion）的現象。十二指腸：到第二部份為止，均無任何發現。
臆斷：
1. 高度懷疑外側壓迫性病灶，引起食道上段阻塞或食道癌（esophageal Ca）。
2. 胃部糜爛部份有近期出血徵象（SRH）
建議進行胸部電腦斷層攝影，必要時進行支氣管鏡檢查。
