✔ 最佳答案
x = 26 + 5n
4 (26 + 5n) + n = - 1
104 + 20n + n = - 1
21 n = - 105
n = - 5

x + 25 = 26
x = 1

x = 1 , n = - 5
2008-05-03 7:18 am
n= -4x-1
x - 5(-4x - 1)=26
x+20x+5=26
21x=21...therefore x=1

4(1) + n = -1
n = -5
2008-05-03 8:57 am
4x + n = -1
4x = -1 - n
x = (-1 - n)/4

x - 5n = 26
(-1 - n)/4 - 5n = 26
4[(-1 - n)/4 - 5n] = 4(26)
-1 - n - 20n = 104
-n - 20n = 104 + 1
-21n = 105
n = 105/-21
n = -5

4x + n = -1
4x + (-5) = -1
4x = -1 + 5
4x = 4
x = 4/4
x = 1

∴ n = -5 , x = 1

4x+n=-1....(1)
x-5n=26....(2)

4x+n=-1
n= -1-4x

x-5n=26
x-5(-1-4x)=26
x+5+20x=26
21x+5=26
21x=26-5
21x=21
x=1

x-5n=26
1-5n=26
5n=25
n=5

4x + n = -1
n = -4x -1

plug this in in the other equation

so, it will be

x - 5(-4x-1) = 26

and then solve this equation and u will get the answer for x

plug in x in the other equation which is 4x + n = -1

and u will get the value for n

Solve the first equation for n

4x + n = -1 subtract 4x from both sides

n = -4x - 1 substitute this in the 2nd equation

x - 5n = 26

x - 5(-4x - 1) = 26 distribute

x + 20x + 5 = 26 combine like terms

21x = 21 divide by 21

x = 1

n = -4x - 1

n = -4(1) -1

n = -4 -1

n=-5

From (2) x=5n+26

Sub this in (1)
4(5n+26)+n=-1

21n+105=0
n=-5

Then x=1

4x+n= -1-----------1
x-5n=26-------------2

(1)implies----- n=-1-4x--------------3
inserting above value of n in (2)

x-5(-1-4x)=26
x+5+20x=26
21x=26-5
21x=21
x=1-----------------------answer
now inserting above value of x in 3
n=-1-4(1)
n=-1-4
n=-5----------------------answer
2008-05-03 7:13 am
4x + n = -1
x - 5n = 26

I'm going to use n.
So n = -4x - 1
x - 5(-4x - 1) = 26
x + 20x + 5 = 26
21x = 21
x = 1

Plug x into any of the equations.
I'm going to use: x - 5n = 26
1 - 5n = 26
-5n = 25
-n = 5
n = -5
