how about just taking out the amount of sausages you need? remember next time to freeze your meals individually because defrosting and refreezing ruins the flavor and also runs the risk of it turning to mush.....

It will still be good to eat but I definetly would not refreeze it again.Use it all up or take out only what you need for a meal.

When you cooked the sausages, did you wait until they were cold before you placed it in freezer?
The sausage will be ok after you defrost it once BUT do not refreeze it or you'll be risking yourself with food poisoning.

You'll run the chance of it getting freezer burn that way, but otherwise, it's fine.
