a. 買賣合約( Memorandum of Sale / Agreement for Sale and Purchase)
b. 樓契 (Assignment)
3. 簽妥2(a), 2(b)文件後,律師行會把此兩份文件打厘印及註冊於土地註冊處
4. 當律師樓做完上述三項事情後,便會通知你取回契據
5.一般需時2-3個月
6. 收費分為兩部份︰
i.律師費(估計由︰$3500-5500)因每間律師行收費唔同
ii. 雜費 ︰包括︰(a)土地查冊費約$100-200 ; (b)破產查冊費約$100-200 (c)買賣合約厘印費$100 (d)樓契厘印費$100 (e)買賣合約註冊費$210 (f)樓契註冊費$450 (g)車資、影印、郵遞約$400
