即沖麥皮是否高卡路里過要煮既麥皮?

1) 兩者既營養成分是否一樣?

2) 咁食邊隻有益D?

即沖既應該卞路里比煮的高,即沖既加工多左,卡路里較高
1.營養就應該煮的好,不過其實都差不多,麥皮本身既營養價值其實真係不太高,同你食面包差唔多,何況你食既重要加工過,加工過既俱品會流失好大量營養,麥皮本身都係用係清清腸胃!
2.2隻都差唔多
PS:電視上話麥皮可以吸收膽固醇,其實有D誤度成份,佢只可以吸收[重味變為固體既膽固醇]只可以吸收重係液太既膽固醇,不過一般既膽固醇都會係5小時內變為固體,變左固體食麥皮都唔會有用!

hi the 卡路里 of 即沖麥皮 and 煮既麥皮 depends on what you put into the oats. normally 即沖麥皮 already added sugar and milk/taste, so it is more 卡路里 than 煮既麥皮. however if both of them are plain (nothing added), their 營養成分 is the same.
