Liquidation的中文?/出讓inventory... Tender for Surplus

Liquidation的中文是清盤，一般用於有限公司不再經營，結束營業，叫liquidation.
如果公司出讓傢具，叫 disposal of the fixed assets----furniture
出售存貨，叫 sales

Just a simple disposal of inventory and fixed assets and not a winding-up or liquidation. For inventory, it could be regarded as a [cost of sales] but at a lesser profit margin. For fixed assets, it could be a disposal and any profit/loss will be regarded as [profit / loss on disposal of fixed assets].
For liquidation, the company's life is going to be ceased.
