朱古力的溫度應維持為多少?
約16-20度！
不是所有水果都能放入朱古力火鍋.....如果有不能的..請舉例.
基本上任何水果都能放入朱古力火鍋！
朱古力火鍋要加酒..我不放白蘭地可以放芝華士或黑牌嗎??
黑牌...比較濃，加咩酒徐你喜愛！

朱古力火鍋 - chocolate fondue
you can buy the pot at Wing-On.

Any brandy or alcohol can be added to fondue.

Ingredient: 300 gm whipping cream
150gm dark chocolate, chopped
80gm brandy or other alcohol

1) bring cream to boil, remove from heat, add chocolate and alcohol.
2) keep the chocolate mixture about 45-50C (just a candle fire can do)

all fruit can be use, sponge finger and marshmallow / puff are suggested
