NB: Earphones usually come in pairs (stereo), therefore you should use plural (earphones) unless you are really talking about wearing one mono earphone.

但如果你冇寫錯字，你想講人地「帶住」earphones，而不是「戴住」earphones，咁『人地「帶住」earphones』的英文是:

He/She has brought with him/her a pair of earphones.
