關於政府回贈電費

I do believe it is the same as rebate to your own account unless you are paying the fixed amount of Electric Bill to the owner.
If you are agreed to pay the electric bill as is (the same amount of the bill issued to the properties under the owner's name), you did not loss anything.
If you are sharing the bill with others, it may be hard to calculate (only one room in the apartment and share the living room or kitchen to other etc.)

係咪見電費單係多少就比多少(咁沒有問題因會在電費單show出..你會有回贈)

if唔係你可以同業主傾...佢唔肯你都沒辦法....
