中 國 動 向 （ 3818 ） 上 月 中 跟 市 而 大 跌 ， 股 價 一 度 落 到 2.85 元 ， 但 由 低 位 反 彈 之 勢 甚 速 ， 近 日 衝 上 最 高 的 4.29 元 ， 升 幅 逾 50% ， 主 要 原 因 係 上 年 度 的 業 績 遠 比 預 期 為 佳 ， 可 看 高 一 線 ， 噚 日 收 3.56 元 ，升0.15 元 。
07 年 （ 12 月 年 結 ） ， 中 動 向 銷 售 額 17.1 億 元 人 民 幣 ， 升 99.2% ； 毛 利 10 億 元 ， 升 86.8% ； 盈 利 7.3 億 元 ， 升 139.4% ； 每 股 盈 利 15.89 仙 ， 升 123.8% ， 末 期 息 1.09 仙 。集 團 主 力 經 營 國 際 著 名 運 動 服 裝 品 牌 Kappa ， 以 中 外 品 牌 計 ， 在 內 地 市 佔 率 排 第 五 位 ， 若 單 以 外 國 品 牌 計 ， 則 排 第 三 位 。 中 動 向 的 成 功 ， 在 於 只 做 分 銷 ， 零 售 業 務 則 交 由 下 一 層 的 分 銷 商 和 經 銷 商 經 營 ， 因 此 毛 利 率 可 以 企 於 50% 以 上 的 高 水 平 。
集 團 在 上 市 後 擴 展 零 售 點 的 步 伐 大 為 加 快 ， 由 去 年 7 月 底 的 1548 個 銷 售 點 增 到 年 底 的 1945 個 ， 主 打 品 牌 Kappa 佔 總 營 業 額 96.1% ， 餘 額 來 自 另 一 品 牌 Rukka 及 海 外 銷 售 業 務 ， 公 司 已 計 劃 今 年 再 增 加 不 少 於 650 個 銷 售 點 ， 其 中 超 過 10 間 是 大 型 旗 艦 店 。
公 司 已 就 收 購 Phenix 簽 署 意 向 書 ， 預 期 可 在 本 月 內 達 成 協 議 ， Phenix 現 時 經 營 四 個 主 要 品 牌 ， 和 中 動 向 同 為 全 球 三 個 Kappa 品 牌 代 理 商 之 一 ， 預 期 可 帶 來 協 同 效 應 ， 令 公 司 價 值 提 升 。
中 動 向 今 年 1 月 初 曾 見 高 價 6.40 元 ， 現 時 跌 幅 逾 35% ， 可 趁 低 吸 納 ， 大 行 看 好 其 前 景 ， 平 均 目 標 價 為 6 元 ， 有 近 50% 的 上 升 空 間，初 步 目 標 價 4.00 元。

The stock of 3818 is fully controlled by one person, the persident and his wife hold more than 50% stock. Their accquistion strategy is also strange which will only cause them to lose more money which will affect the stock performance. Unless there are more funding companies start to hold this stock, else, not recommend. Becareful on who is playing who. There are lots of option in the market right now...why 3818 ?? High risk, too many uncertainty..

- Future is bright as it has international brand and market in china is growing.
- Trading is increasing these days.

All these figures are good at this stage. This stock performance is underestimate and it will grow continously, now is the best time to keep buying and wait till it grow as good as Li Ning.
