How do you say 'I don't care about you' in French?

i know that Je m'en fiche/fou is French for I don't care, but I wanted to know how you say X person does not care about Y person. Thanks!

Indeed, the verb 'to care' is tricky in French.There are many different ways.
Generally, I don't care would be "Cela m'est égal."
But, in this context, you could say "J'en ai marre avec toi" as suggested, or even better; "Je me fiche de toi".

This is actually kinda tricky... there isn't really a word for care in the French language unless your talking about care as in "soin" meaning like taking care of a sick patient.
You can say "X s'en fou de cette personne(Y)"
