Ingredients10 Chicken Wings
1 Onion
Marinade
dash of light soya sauce
dash of dark soya sauce (for colouring)
pinch of sugar
pinch of corn flour
pinch of salt
Marinade the chicken wings for later use
Cut onion into pieces, cook in boiling water until cooked
Heat the wok and fried chicken wings until golden brown
Add onion pieces and dark soya sauce and stir well.
