Ans: (B) 4for the initial 8 people, all of them shook hand with any others, therefore the number of shocking is 7+6+5+4+3+2+1 = 28
Since first people need to shook hand with other 7 people, the second one need to shock with other 6 people while he had already shock with the first people, etc.
number of shocking by the ninth people is 32-28 = 4
