到熱帶地區喝飲品記得切勿加冰,因冰的來源有問題,通常用自來水制造的.

如果跟團，問題不大，水一定要飲樽裝水，街邊的野食野飲唔好試。酒店的水要煲滾先可飲用。
如自己去，揀食肆要小心，唔好貪平，冷盤唔好食，要熱葷，最好上碟時有煙出。水始終要樽裝水，唔好同街邊檔口仔買。酒店級數低的，所有入口腔的水都要煲過，雖然真係有點誇張同麻煩，但可以萬無一失。如果你打算去恒河區，要格外小心飲食。
我上次跟團去，完全無問題，玩得好開心。

Never been there so I am not answering. But one very important tips, even when you drink bottle water, make sure the cap is sealed to the bottle, i.e. not opened before. My friends really saw unsealed bottle of water in a 5 star hotel. Their advice is only drink can liquid.
