SD卡格式化了

There are two things to note in your case:
a. If your card is HARD-FORMATTED (low-level format) then NO data can be recoverable even with data rescue software. If however you format your card in the camera, chances are it's being soft-formatted, meaning deleted data can still be rescued;
b. For your new image, it depends on which data block such new data falls into. If that data block contains old image data, then the new image has overwritten the old data on that data block, hindering any chances of recovery.
I urge you to stop using that SD card immediately and run data rescue software to retrieve all deleted data. Note that you'll need industrial grade data recovery software to do the trick: most consumer grade trialware/freeware won't do the job effectively.
