"Operating facilities" 喺呢度係解做一啲可以幫公司賺取收入嘅工具或者資產。舉個例：對一間茶餐廳嚟講，Operating facilities 包括個鋪位（或者係每月要俾嘅租金）、爐頭、抽氣扇、收銀機、杯杯碟碟等．．．總而言之，就係所有用嚟做嗰行生意嘅工具。
