Dear xxx,Re : China Trip
According to the information you provided, we are pleased to advise you the following situation for your upcoming trip to China :
1. Air ticket :
Please confirm your itinerary for amending the data for the ticket. We will be responsible for the penalty of this first amendment on the ticket (i.e. HK$ 1,600 per amendment), while any further amendment has to be charged to you directly. Upon your confirmation we will co-ordinate with the travel agent accordingly. Please confirm the following information for the amendment :

2. Hotel :
