Speaking - you should read an article in English alound daily and try to talk to yourself in English once you wake up in the morning - i.e. it's time to wash my face, then brush your teeth. Change clothing , then have breakfast.

Listening - you can listen to tape or get listening practice and do more exercise

another method is listening to English songs and sing as well. Check the meaning of any vocabularies you dont know in the dictionary, then your English will improve a lot after certain time.
