Please note the following according to the information you provided for your coming trip to China :

1. Air Ticket :

Please confirm the following information for the amendment of your ticket. For your information we will pay for the charge for this amendment while any further amendment will be charged to you. The amendment charge is HK$ 1,600 / amendment. We will contact the travel agent for the amendment upon your confirmation on the following :

2. Hotel :

In respond to your request, the agent of XXX Company has already confirmed that they will book you a hotel package at the same hotel where XXX Company will be staying.

Please send us all the daily schedule for your trip and all related information as you sent us for your previous trip. We will then advise you the detailed expense for your coming trip.

Kindly let us know if there is any question and further request.

For your information the form that you have to fill up is inside the pink file in front of my desk.
