2(x² - 49) ( x ) (3x - 2)
( 6x + 5 ) ( 3x - 2 ) ( x ) ( x + 7 )

[(18x^2 + 3x - 10)/(2x^2 - 98)]/[(3x^2 - 2x)/(x^2 + 7x)]
= [(3x - 2)(6x + 5)/2(x + 7)(x - 7)][x(x + 7)/x(3x - 2)]
= (6x + 5)/2(x - 7)
= [(3x - 2)(6x + 5)/2(x + 7)(x - 7)][x(x + 7)/x(3x - 2)]
= (6x + 5)/2(x - 7)
