英文作文,why mobile phone should not be banned in school

Good afternoon (teacher name) and fellow classmates. I am going to tell all of you why mobile phone should not be banned in school. I think that it is because we cannot communicate with our parents or gardians conviniently after school and it will bring a lot of worries to them. The other reason is that if we meet problems or accidents on streets, we cannot call for help if there is not any telephone near. Therefor, I think that mobile phone should not be banned in school. For the naughty guy who always play the mobile phone during lesson, we can make a policy to let them do not use the mobile phone during lesson. This is the end of my presentation. Thank you!
