咁我考完之後可以點做呢??

(1) apply for Cadet Pilot Programme
(2) go on to CPL + IFR + MIR etc... and save up hours by being an instructor/small scenic flight operator etc and then head for *experienced pilot position*.

返大陸有冇航空公司會培訓呢

Nothing related to your PPL.
But pay attention to the contract terms with the airlines.

applying for Cadet Pilot with PPL may mean to the interviewer your enthusiasim on the aviation industry. However, more difficult questions may be asked in the interview and a higher standard may be imposed on PPL holders.

Remember this is HK, the career path in aviation is pretty different from teh rest of the world like Oz, UK, US etc...
