係美國係未可以免身份咁去讀公立學校?

其實係美國除咗聯邦法,每個洲都有自己洲法.甚至city都有自己嘅例.(好似有D洲同性可以結婚,但德州有兩個男人,係自己屋企裏面俾警察見到瞓埋同一張床.都要坐監)
例如德州法例規定公立學校不准查詢學生移民身份.否則該名教職員會被刑事檢控.(但學校有權要求地址證明,如租單,水、電費單等......)立法原意係德洲有太多墨西哥非法移民.捉唔曬,趕唔走.仲一個男人生五,六個細佬.州府認為這些小孩子,不讓他們接受教育.將來對社會遺害更大.所以立下此例.我聽講NY都有條差唔多嘅例.學校唔sure.但警察肯定.係呀!Police呀!任何NY警察不准查詢報案人移民身份.否則該名警察會被刑事檢控.(報案人咋!拉返嚟D唔算.)肯定嘅原因.係因為佢成日賣廣告.叫非法移民去報案,如果受罪案威嚇.)
只於三年,十年不准入境限制.你只要當時未滿十八歲.可以用非法居留非你意願嘅理由而申請取消.但你心須十八歲前離境.

其他州唔知, 但纽约州就一定收, 大约美金五千幾, 有website 可証

讀完書走都可以, 但有個底响美国第時想再去就好難, 尤其如果公司派你出trip但就簽唔到visa好影响前途.

my answer : after 9/11, every school------all grades public schools, colleges are required to check the student resident ID, and the birth certificate is must, once they see you born in Hk, they will ask your green card.

the travel visa is only good up to max. 6 months stay, if you have not leave before the date. you wont unable to re-entry USA again in next 3 years. no exception.

First, the person is a illegal alien and subject to deportation.
Second, some public high schools checks the student's birth certificate and parent's residential documentations.
You will need a student visa instead of 旅遊簽證.
