Referring to your advertisement in JobsDB on 19 April 2008, I hereby attached my current curriculum vitae in support of my application for the post of Account Clerk.
I have more than two years' work experience. I am presently employed as Clerk in a trading company. I was responsible for handling shipping, merchandising, data input for P/O and invoice, and other routine clerical work.
As for my academic qualification, I was awarded Diploma of Executive Secretarial Studies and LCC&I education at ABC in June of 2005 with Bookkeeping & Accounts (Level 2) Pass with Credit. I am familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and I am proficient in speaking Mandarin and Cantonese. Also, I can speak in English.
The main reason for changing my employment is I have a strong interest in accounts and take a new turn in the development of my career.
