碳酸水是什麼?

碳酸水（英文：Carbonated water），亦稱蘇打水、梳打水（soda water廣東話音譯），是溶入了二氧化碳的水。溶入二氧化碳的過程叫做碳酸化。碳酸的化學分子式是H2CO3。

碳酸水最出名是好處是去除污跡，例如咖啡杯中的咖啡污跡，或銀的污跡 。據說葡萄酒污跡可以混入食鹽，然後加入大量碳酸水去除。

今天，碳酸水在雜貨店有售，製作亦非常簡單。

軟飲料和碳酸飲料（汽水、可樂、沙士）其主要材料就是碳酸水。

it's carbonic acid which has the formula of H2CO3. it is also a weak diprotic acid that can deprotonate twice. u can make carbonic acid with water and carbon dioxide under high pressure. it is also the main ingredient in pop soda. the fuzzing u get from drinking those beverages at your throat are simply H2CO3 quickly decomposing into CO2 and H2O. those bubbles are CO2. if u leave a pop soda sit for long enough, u lose all the CO2 from the H2CO3, leaving H2O behind, because of the reaction equilibrium.
