我租住緊港島西區，東華三院既物業，
租金同出面差唔多，
但係唔會有傢私呀，爐頭呀跟埋，
（三房，只跟兩部冷氣機及一部熱水爐）
對我黎講，管理好ok，
又安全（有保安）。
