你最好由銀行記錄做起,睇吓有無單據,無就問人攞副本又或者去銀行影個支票副本。現金費用就有單先入數。再睇應付同應收賬。你依家第一件事要做係先申請延期。做唔掂先至搵人介紹會計師。希望幫到你!

No way. You have to collate the accounting documents firstly with your bank transactions appeared in the Bank Statements. Secondly, go to your suppliers for giving you copies of the invoices, if possible. If you still can't fix it, you have to seek professional accountant to give you some advice or clean up this accounting work for you. If you have received the tax return, ask the accountant to apply to IRD for an extension to submit the said return. It is the requirement under the Inland Revenue Ordinance that proper accounting records must be kept for 7 years.
