We are sorry that we are really unable to accept your
request for shipment delay. We assume that you should
have estimated the shipment schedules based on the
actual situation of the overall production capacity,
the production status report and the activities
for the materials supply etc. with the Production Department. Ironically, it has been
your practice in breaking your promise by delaying
the confirmed shipment dates. Or, even worse, you
keep on delaying the original shipment date again and
again within a few days.
It will definitely hurt and disappoint our customers
because of the confusion and failure in arranging
a commerical/advertising sales promotion and scheme
for the market.
Besides, we have several unpleasant experiences that
you seldom informed us about the shipment delay before-
hand, unless or until, we raised questions. Another worse
example was that there was only one month left before
the actual shipment date without starting the sewing work.
It simply jeopardizes the shipments being punctual.
However, we sincerely hope that you will find a better
solution to improve your efficiency about shipment
scheduling and shipment notifications as soon as
possible.
