潮州特色小食------------清心丸
Mung bean dessert with QQ pills

INGREDIENTS :

Peeled mung beans...... 450g

QQ pills...... 75g



Portion A ingredient:

Sugar...... 375g

Dried orange peel sauce...... 1/2 tea spoon

Water...... 1 big bowl



Portion B ingredient:

Corn starch...... 2 table spoon

Water...... 1 table spoon



STEPS:



1. Put the QQ pills into water when the water is 80% boiled, and cook the QQ pills until water is boiled up. Drain away the water after cooking.



2. Cook portion A ingredient. When it is boiled, put in the peeled mung beans and QQ pills and cook for 5 minutes. Finally put in the portion B ingredient to thicken the dessert, and serve after all the ingredient being boiled up again.
