運動量是不是夠呢?

我想請問我的運動量是不是夠呢?
身高5呎3吋
但肚腩有33吋,腰32吋
約3個月前健身,一星期最少3次
踏腳機約做20分鐘, 心跳160左右
rowing machine約10分鐘
各種收腹機共約9組, 每組15下

我食量不太, 中午吃素
晚上半碗飯及大量菜, 少量白肉

3個月來雖然由一團肥肉變成可以看到一點肌肉紋
但吋數沒明顯減少, 請問那裡出錯?

一星期最少3次,踏腳機約做20分鐘, 心跳160左右
rowing machine約10分鐘, 各種收腹機共約9組, 每組15下. 3 times a week is good, not sure踏腳機 is step machine or elliptical. Elliptical is better than step machine; rowing machine also good. If you want a cardio exercise, you should consider elliptical, rowing machine, and treadmill, you can find them in any gym, use them non stop for 20 - 30 mins, 3 times a week. 各種收腹機, they CAN'T burn fat from abs, it will only make your muscle stronger.

我食量不太, 中午吃素, 晚上半碗飯及大量菜, 少量白肉 We have to look your daily calories in, that means whatever you eat still count. You should have a low fat, low sodium, low sugar, high fiber diet. Don't skip meal! And most important, if you are hungry, you can add some healthy snack in between meals.

Most trainers will suggest people do the cardio non-stop for at least 30 mins to burn fat, stay on the same machine for 30 mins, if you want to use another machine, then rest 5 mins, and move on to another. Muscle need rest, you should have at least one rest day in your weekly exercise program. Or you can go to gym on Mon, Wed, and Fri, take Sat. and Sun off. If you can add more day/time in your weekly program, you can see the result more faster.
Don't give up! You are on the right track, diet and exercise maybe not a quick fix, but in the long run, you will get a lean body and good health.

運動係ok.但要有好大恆心同埋堅持去做!
而且運動姿勢唔正確仲好易受傷同埋有反效果!
