Plz help me to 翻譯 in to English,Gammer 一定,一定要正確!!

1. In February 1942, food ration system was being implemented. Since the price of rice was fixed by the government, the price of rice did not fluctuate a lot. In April 1944. the food ration system was cancelled and replaced by an open market policy. This meant that the price of rice were determined by the market, and the price fluctuated tremendously in those days.

Therefore it is observed that the food ration system implemented by the Japanese during their sovereigns in Hong Kong also suppressed the economy of Hong Kong . If we think further, an economic system with an open market not under severe interference by the government is exactly the key for Hong Kong being an international financial center. The Japanese government’s cancellation of the food ration system with the replacement of open market, might actually become the “prototype” of the government policy today.
However, under further consideration, the cancellation of food ration system gave more room for changes of the prices of rice, does not represent a major reason for the tremendous increase of the prices of rice……

2 This is a photo worth people to discuss…..

Actually in this world, many people invading lands of other people due to their greediness of interest, such as the Japanese in the photo. However someone is willing to sacrifice their life to save the life of the others. They are both human beings, but the difference between them are huge.

We believe that the Japanese in those days should have learnt to be self-contented. Japan as a country was not too small, it was not justifying for them to damage the life of the people in Hong Kong .
At the same time, when the Japanese decided to invade Hong Kong , they should have thought about how many families would be destroyed and how many people would be hurt or put into death.

If they have ever considered a little on Hong Kong’s situation, the consequences would not be as what we could see today.

Moreover, any evildoing will result in justice judgment finally. Although Japan could obtain a short tem “fame” at that time due to the failure of British army and Hong Kong people’s defense, the end of the story was the atomic bombing in Kawasaki and Hiroshima.

The adverse consequences of the atomic bombs affected their heritage tremendously.
