做運動是不錯的方法...
一些簡單的運動如呼拉圈和跳繩等等...
或打開窗廉,感受外面的陽光...
吃一個美味的早餐也可以...

i think you can wash your face,do some exercise ,listen do some very relaxing music.Also ,you can do some training for the concentration when you are doing the exam!I hope it can help you!^_^
