本人要做一個 Marketing Plan 係有關 Sony Notebook 的,但不知道如何寫有關Consumer

Consumer Analysis = What are the requirements of the customers? Which group of customer (i.e. Target Segment) should the company focus? Why?

Competitor Analysis = What your competitors are currently providing? Are they targeting the same group of customer as you do? Pricing strategy? Promotion strategy? Distrubition strategy?
