A very simple issue. You just fill in the Business Registration Form to Inland Revenue Department to get a Business Registration Certificate with your home address. BR fee has to be paid in each year. (2008/09 $450 as normal BR fee has been waviced in the budget)No such minium capital requirement to be declared. If you have a BR, you can issue fee note to your customers for their accounting requirement.
Since you are rendering accounting and tax services, you are not required to be a Certified Public Accountant as you are not going to carry out an audit and to give an auditor's report.
