some economic question,plz help me to answer and give explaination
1. market are efficient to the extent they
a.require complex planning systems
b.allocate rsources to where they are most highly valued
c.allow consumersto gain at the expense of produces
d.promote economic growth by allowing owners and managers to gain at the expense of worker

A唔岩
因為如果市場係複雜的話，應該會被其他較簡單既機制取代
因為咁複雜既話，Transaction cost都會非常之高
而市場就係一個有較減低Transaction cost既機制

B岩
因為假設所有人都係極大化既
咁多人都用市場交易，即係市場令佢地"賺"得最多
係另一方面睇，因為市場只用價格競爭，唔會出現租值消散
而且，跟據高斯定律，資源最終會透過市場交易去到最efficient既

C唔岩
因為consumer's surplus唔一定出現，有機會被賣方extract
但係消費者就算冇consumer's surplus都仍然會使用市場交易

D唔岩
因為用market transaction都唔代表owners and managers一定賺
仍然要睇返生產成本，所以呢個唔係用market既原因
