Re: travelling document problems with your TRAVEL OFFICE
My daughter, ------------ is currently the overseas student
of your School. I, a Hong Kong resident, have
experienced some difficulties with your Travel Office for
three incidents recently, due to the problems on the
passport, air-tickets, etc.

As you may know, there might occur some complications
or unexpected delays during the
process of getting passport or reservation on air-
tickets, I was upset that I did not receive any helpful
solution from your Travel Office, putting me into more
troubles as a result. It would have been easier and more
smooth for me if your Travel Office could offer me with
some help and flexibility.

I sincerely hope that in future, any difficulty and problems
can be avoided or solved to our mutal satifaction and
understanding. Thank you for your cooperation.
