1.Answer the enquiry of staff
Most of staff phones me to ask questions such as annual leave left, company policy or guideline question regarding critical positions etc.
2.Calculation of staff salary
Now, we issue cheque every month for staff salary and count the salary by manual. And
prepare of salary cheque and MPF contribution.
3.Update all personnel records
I have to update all staff attendance and leave record, etc. Now, we only request staff member to sign and write the time when they arrive. After that, we need to put back the data into the computer for record.
4.Recruitment and Interview
If one of staff resigned after that I have to make recruitment and follow up. Arrange applicant for interview.
5.Issue Employment Contract.
When new staff arrival I have to issue employment contract
6.Issue announcement of the company’s decision
I have to announce to staff related company decision such as new policy or policy changed
7.Arrangement of Business Travel
I have to make a booking of hotel and air ticket for all of staff member and guest when they request.
I need to sent enquire to a travel agent asking for a price to be quote for the air ticket and hotel then report to staff to confirm booking and arrange issue ticket and follow up.
At the end of a month the agent submits a statement of account which is checked with the record of invoices.
8.Reparation and maintenance of broken machine
Arrange a technical repair when it was broken.

10.Compensation and Insurance
I have to follow up when a staff was dismissed
11.Training and Development
Providing educational and training course for new staff that enhance the personal and professional development
12.Stationary stock control
I have to check our stock in the office and sent stationary order form to supplier once a week
13.Supporting and enhancing communication efforts throughout the company.
