中長跑的戰術:

合理地分配體力是中長跑取得理想成績的主要策略。很多緩步跑的愛好者在體適能改善後,都會或多或少參與一些賽事,所以認識一些中長跑的『戰術』,對日後的比賽表現也會有一定的幫助。

1.一般來說,均速跑能取得較好的成績。
2.如非必要,盡量避免領先跑(特別是在逆風的時候)。
3.耐力較好而速度較差的運動員,應採用領先跑的戰術。
4.速度較好而耐力較差的運動員,應採用跟隨跑,到最後再以快速的衝刺戰勝對手的戰術。
5.跟隨跑時,應該走在領先運動員的右後方,以便隨時加速超越;同時亦可避免被包裹在人群裡。
6.一般不要落後領先運動員太遠,否則在追趕時會消耗更多體力,甚至會失去追趕的信心。
7.逆風跑時,要適當加大身體的前傾,縮短步長,加快步頻以彌補速度的損失。
8.比賽中要頭腦清醒,盡量爭取主動,並要善於控制自己,以免落入對手的「圈套」之中。
