0.5 杯 水
1 條 蔥粒
少許 鹽
1/2 茶匙 糖
1 湯匙 生粉
1 湯匙 生抽
1 湯匙 水
1 湯匙 油
少許 胡淑粉及麻油


烹調方法

1. 免治豬肉加調味料拌勻, 醃10分鐘,
2. 將鹹蛋黃及蛋白分開, 鹹蛋黃切粒, 蛋白與雞蛋及水拌勻.
3. 將免治豬肉與蛋汁拌勻, 倒入一深碟內, 面放上鹹蛋黃粒.
4. 隔水蒸20分鐘, 撒上蔥粒便成.

Steamed Egg Custard with Salted Egg
420g of minced pork
2 salted eggs
3 fresh eggs
1/2 cup of water
1 shoot of green onion (finely chopped)
a pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of corn starch
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of oil
a small amount of pepper and sesame seed oil
Steps:
1. Mixed pork with seasoning and let it to marinate for 10 minutes
2. Separate the egg yolk of the salted egg from the white. Finely cut up the egg yolk. Mix the egg white, beaten fresh egg and water
3. Mixed pork with the egg liquid. Pour into a deep dish. Sprinkle the salted egg yolk on it.
4. Steamed for 20 minutes to form a custard. Sprinkle the green onion on the egg custard. ready to serve.
