Steamed Egg Custard with Salted Egg
420g of minced pork
2 salted eggs
3 fresh eggs
1/2 cup of water
1 shoot of green onion (finely chopped)
a pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of corn starch
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of oil
a small amount of pepper and sesame seed oil
Steps:
1. Mixed pork with seasoning and let it to marinate for 10 minutes
