快餐有何特點

  (1)高油脂﹔

  (3)高糖分:快餐的飲品全都是高糖類制品,無論冷飲熱飲都一樣,是含大量糖分的甜品,加上汽水、雪糕類的甜品,更令食物糖分特高﹔

  (5)低纖維的食物:快餐制作過程中盡量選用低纖維食物,令進食速度較快,人們進食過程不用太多的咀嚼動作,入口便吞下﹔

  快餐的好處 

  快餐既然是以快馳名,深受都市人“喜愛”,一定有它的好處,否則不能成為都市飲食中的一種主流。它的好處有:

  (1)快捷供應能量。當人們感到需要進食之時,也就是需要能量的時候,就希望能馬上進食,但一般的餐廳、茶樓、酒家,當你點菜后,通常都需要等一段時間才有食物供應,所以不易滿足人體即時的需求﹔ 

  (2)色香味刺激食欲。一般快餐店都採用色香味極高的烹調方法,例如煎炸及高濃度配料等,都是一些刺激食欲的食物的處理方法,務求做到吸引力十足。對於平日匆忙而又胃口欠佳的人來說,快餐的色香味是必需的成分,否則更難下咽。

  (3)快餐易食。品種比較簡單,進食方法非常方便,不用自己動手,隨時隨地都可以用膳,是快速填飽肚子的最好選擇,大受都市忙人歡迎。 



  快餐的壞處 

  (1)營養供應有欠均衡。隻注重肉類、糖類及油脂類供應,缺乏了蔬菜、水果、纖維質等。而維生素及礦物質等比較缺乏,所以會導致營養失衡﹔ 

  (2)熱量供應過量。快餐以油脂及單糖類為主要的能量供應者,是極之濃縮的一類物質,所以可能輕易地吸取超過我們每日所需的能量。而油多如果又是動物性的,就含有太高的飽和脂肪,容易導致膽固醇過高,危害心臟健康﹔

  (3)鹽分供應過多。大多數快餐的調味料都是很濃的,含有大量的鹽分,對心臟血管及腎臟都無益處,長久食用的話,身體健康肯定受損,隻是危害並不明顯,所以不為人所知。 
快餐怎麼吃 

  快餐是否健康並不在乎快餐本身,而是進食快餐的人如何去選擇所進食的食物。 

  隻要選擇得當,針對其缺點而改善之,配合各種食物的組合,進食快餐並無不可。 

  以下是一些建議,供大家參考: 

  (1)選擇盡量要均衡。快餐其實有很多形式,在考慮進食時隻要保証其中有肉類、澱粉類、蔬菜水果類及乳類制品就能達到均衡﹔

  (2)不要選多油和太甜的食物。太多油、太甜的食物都要適可而止或淺嘗即止,不宜大量進食,否則會攝取過高的熱量,危害身體健康﹔ 

  (3)不要選太咸的食物。湯類都要節制,例如即食面的湯包、湯料等都含有很高的鹽分,佐膳淺嘗無妨,多用卻並不健康﹔

  (4)吃快餐要適可而止。快餐可以解決每日的一餐半餐膳食,但其余的應該進食正常飲食,以補充快餐的不足﹔ 

  (5)要加吃水果。水果是快餐中比較缺乏的食物,可以考慮在快餐之后吃一個水果,如果太麻煩的話,可以飲鮮榨的果汁代替,既快捷便當,又有益健康。(華茜)

3. Easy to eat. Fast food menus are easy to understand. Fast food can be eaten easily at any time. This serves the need of busy city people.
