我想問做:
1. umlimited company 盤數同limited company 的有無分別?
2. 係咪每年都要上稅局?
3. Limited Co就上audited report & financial statement, then umlimited co. 除左 P/L & B/S, 仲要上咩野?
4. Umlimited co 可以有directors' C/A 嗎?
5. 如果有FIXED ASSTES, 要唔要準備TAX COMPUTATION (計AA & IA)?

1. 無分別, 只是 ltd co 是用 capital , directors current account, shareholders current account
unlimited co 是用 partnership current account
