I have some trouble and I got some trouble has the same meaning.

However :

I have some trouble - is saying that you have some trouble and you still have - present tense.

I got some trouble - this can mean you got some trouble and you still have, and can also mean you got the trouble which is now no more - past tense.

In speech, I got some trouble is acceptable as a saying that you got the trouble and you still have. In writing, I got some trouble is definitely a past tense.

Therefore, to avoid confusion of the tense, better use :

I have some trouble - present tense
I had some trouble - past tense - this means the trouble is over now.

1/ I have some trouble, and
2/ I got some trouble. 係咩野意思呀?
Okay, let's put it this way for your easier understanding:
1/ I have some trouble = the trouble came recently, you are trying to solve it. (trouble is not solved yet!)
2/ I've got some trouble = you've experienced the trouble before, and it is already solved.

一樣意思,指----我有一些麻煩...
I got......比較口語化..

eg. 有人問你明唔明白的時候(eg. U know what I mean?),
你可以答 .......Yes, I know/ I do. 也可以答 Ya...I got it. ---我知..

got .....可以有好多意思....
