If the goods are problematic, I will have the right to change a new one with coming back with this goods within 7 days. After I finish hearing and speak in accordance with section, I really want to scold him very much, but I am a shop-assistant , I have responsibility to make every customer get a good customer service, so I have to restrain oneself .
